In a sticky situation, google lead me to Guardian and Toni answered my call! She was great on the phone and then when I met her in person, I just knew this was the place I needed to store my precious items. She is attentive to needs of her clients. When there is a concern and approach her, you know when she says "i will take care of it" you can check it off your list, because Toni will handle it. I want to work with people who care to know and put my name and face to my unit, not just concerned with the monies I pay. Toni is dependable and straight forward. I enjoy the times I stop bye and she has a minute to chat! She is a great asset to your facility.“

After looking several hours for units to rent and dealing with rental agents dedicated to the dollars and not there duties, I had the pleasure of running into Alex. It was a refreshing experience doing business with Alex. He is not only professional but very thoughtful and considerate of ones storage needs. I can go on and on about the excellent customer service I experienced (and continue to experience) when dealing with Alex. You just don’t see this kind of “Old School” customer service anymore. He’s also very fair and will bend over backwards to work with you to make your rental experience the best. If you have any storage needs, do yourself a favor and get in contact with Alex.
